We purchased this plugin on Construct Store and are not able to update to SDK2 now. We tried to contact support through email, the discord server and the chat support but haven't received a proper reply.
Hi, the entire Construct Master Collection has already been updated to SDKv2 since 2024.
You can re-download in your accounts for the latest versions.
Please be informed that the Monetization Collection is only available in the official store. The official store contains the Construct Master Collection and all available sub-packages, including the Monetization Collection.
The official store is accessible in our website or here on Itch.io.
The Construct Store has support for the full collection, the Construct Master Collection and is well maintained.

Also, there are some files in the archive with no names or extensions, so it seems there might have been an error when the archive was created.
How can I get access to the latest version of "Mobile IAP (Pro)"? This specific plugin was the main reason for my purchase.
What should I do? Can you help me? support@constructcollection.com didn’t help and stopped replying, and I still haven’t received any response from itch.io.
I'm afraid email support is offline every weekend since April 2025, as I'm trying to promote work-life balance in the office, which I expect when you've started not receiving prompt replies. I'm sure response time is very prompt during weekdays.
