Release 18.2.1 - Emergency patch release

A quick emergency patch for the recently released update 18.2.0, to fix an issue with the Mobile Notification addon that previously did not allow to fall back to Android 9 and below, just after upgrading to Android X.

Release Updates:

• Mobile Notification
  • Added fallback support for Android 9 and below, which was previously not allowed after upgrading to Android X.
